Tyumi is an open-source AI assistant platform that provides an interface to interact with various AI providers. Tyumi itself does not provide AI services but facilitates connections to third-party AI providers through their APIs.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Tyumi, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide your own valid API keys for any third-party services you wish to use
  • Take responsibility for all content you input and the responses you receive
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer the software

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

To use most features of Tyumi, you will need to provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers:

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining, safeguarding, and managing your API keys
  • Tyumi stores these keys only locally in your browser's storage
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions
  • Charges may apply from third-party providers based on your API usage

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OF TYUMI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Content and AI Outputs

Users are solely responsible for:

  • All content they input into the Service
  • Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs
  • How they use AI-generated content
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

The developer of Tyumi is not responsible for how users utilize the platform or the outputs generated by third-party AI services.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use the application. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
